Our goal is to provide ongoing support, education, and resources for individual s recovering from stroke or brain injury. We can assist you in understanding the recovery process and expectations, emotional health and adjustment, caregiver support, burnout prevention, and community resources while allowing you to connect with others who understand your journey.
