September is shaping up to be an important month at Broken Road Project. From North Texas Giving Day and Raising Paddles for Recovery to new care packages, growing volunteer support, and another powerful survivor story, our community continues to help remind survivors and caregivers that they are not alone.

Giving is open now through September 17. Every gift helps Broken Road Project continue providing encouragement, practical support, resources, care packages, community programs, and connection for survivors and caregivers.

Join us Sunday, November 8, from 1:00–4:00 PM at Chicken N Pickle Grapevine for an afternoon of pickleball, community, and support for survivors and caregivers. Team registration, sponsorship opportunities, and booth spaces are now available.

100 MORE CARE PACKAGES

We are preparing to assemble 100 more survivor care packages. Each package is a simple way to meet someone during a difficult moment with practical support, encouragement, and the reminder that they are not alone.

COMING SEPTEMBER 12: STRUMMING FOR LIFE

Charles “Charlie” Webber joins The Broken Road Project Podcast for a conversation about stroke recovery, faith, family, and the role music played in rebuilding his life. After a massive stroke, Charlie faced the challenge of relearning skills that had once been second nature—including playing guitar.

His story is a reminder that recovery can take unexpected paths, purpose can be rediscovered, and progress is still possible after life changes in an instant.
